Nepal is the second richest country after Brazil in water resources.it is helping us by providing unlimited water by different means.water is used for different purpose like drinking,irrigation,hydro electricity and many more. Nepal being land locked country gains lots of water from mountains.when snow melts from the mountains it forms glaciers and flows through river and different sources. these sources of water helps farmers for good irrigation. lakes are also the most important sources of water in Nepal among all lakes phoksundo is the deepest lake in nepal.Rivers and lakes together with other streams, ponds and underground water form water resources.

Forest is one of the important natural resource in Nepal. It occupies about 37% of total land in Nepal.There are different kinds of forests in Nepal.these forests are rich in herbs and timber. many industries have good source from these forests and herbs are used for different kinds of medicine.
forest also provide shelter and food for different kinds of animals taking shelter in them and also it helps people fore live stock.it also helps to control soil erosion and also for agriculture and to cause rain fall.it regulates the temperature of surrounding areas.Green forest is a wealth for Nepal.tourists from different country come Nepal to see the beautiful birds and wild life taking shelter in forests which helps to earn the foreign currencies and promote tourism. we should be wise and preserve forest and wildlife...

The hills in Nepal are popular for hiking.we can have nice view of mountains and deep valley while hiking.there are many popular areas in Nepal for hiking. kakani,nagarkot,phulchoki,nagarjun,dhulikhel,daman,pokhara,sarangkot,gorkha tansen are the mose popular hiking spot in Nepal. Nagarkot is popular for mountain views particularly at sunrise and sunset.kakani provides beautiful views of different mountains like annapurna,langtang and manaslu.
Tansen is situated on the slope of a hill called Shreenagar Danda.

Everest Base camp,Annapurna Base camp, Upper Mustang Trekking Route, Dolpa Trekking Camp, Langtang Trekking Route, Manaslu Trekking Route, Tsum  valley Exploration Treks, Mount Kailash Trekking Route, Machhapuchhre Taan Model trek. individual trekkers can get TIMS( Trekker's Information Management System) card from Nepal Tourism  Board(NTB) Kathmandu And Pokhara. trekkers will be asked to  provid their date of trtrip,contact number and itinerary.

Rafting is most adventurous and tremendous adventure in Nepal.there are nine river which provides this facilities in Nepal and among them four rivers are major for rafting Saptakoshi,Narayani,Karnali,Mahakali and Arun river.in the world Nepal has all to myths and mysterious character.
Bhotekoshi is one of the most action packed white water river in Nepal.It is a steep and technical river which needs a qualified,trained and raective crew member  .
karnali is one of the finest big volume river trips in the world which is also named as "wild west"
Marshyangdi river needs power and good line and also fast reactions from the crew to get through the pinball machine river.....

langtang national park

Its situated in mid Himalaya.its 32km north  apart from Kathmandu. it helps to preserve rare animals and environment.it encloses two important river in Nepal Trishuli and Sunkoshi. entry fee Nepali citizen is totally free of cost,Rs100 for SAARC nationals and Rs1000 for foreign nationality and also children under 10yrs can have free entry.we can view different Himalaya from langtang national park. park is providing two lodges Langtang Valley and Kyanjin which run on concession.there are not enough medical facilities so tourists must carry thier medical kit for  altitude sickness and chest infections and warm cloth for cold temperature because temperature remains cold and fuel camping is not allowed inside the park.park also helps to preserve the local culture.
